Pelayanan sangat buruk dan terkesan lambat padahal sekarang dituntut untuk pelayanan yang cepat dan efektif tapi masih saja teller nya tidak cekatan dalam melayang custumer.. mengecewakan...

baru kali ini ke bank mau buka rekening tapi di tolak suruh dateng besok lagi atau daftar online. saya ke cabang terdekat karena ada kendala saat buat secara online. satpam sangat amat tidak ramah namanya ASEP. masa iya baru datang langsung disuruh pulang. ogah gua pake BNI klo ga di suruh sama kampus. BCA selalu dihati? BNI makan hati??

Gajelas banget udah dateng disuruh pulang buat bikin rekening baru secara online. Pas bikin online error terus berkali kali ada masalah apalah. Dateng lagi buat konfirmasi error katanya tunggu jaringan bni membaik. Ini yang nunggu di training ga sih gimana caranya ngelayanin customer? Ini orang mau bikin rekeninh diperibet terus ditolak gitu? Ga mikir orang udah effort jauh nyamperin cabang bni terus di layanin asal asalan kaya gitu? Gaada senyum gaada makasih gaada salam atau apalah. Sorry udah ga berminat lagi sama bni

Pelayanan nya jelek banget, apalagi Customer servicenya Antrian panjang customer service yang buka 1 doang, 1 orang pelayanan nya bisa kurang lebih 20 menit. Jelekkk banget pelayanan nya Mohon di perbaiki!!

Pelayanan buruk! Mau urus pencairan KIP di persulit banget udah dari Curug di pindah ke Cimone Di cimone di oper ka tangerang wkkw alesan penuhΒ² terus basii!

BNI disini pelayanan ramah, teller perempuannya sangat cantik-cantik,, kalau bagian Costumer Servis sangat antri sekali setiap hari penuh. Untuk ATM ada cukup banyak , bisa setor tunai juga . Di bagian parkiran ada tukang parkirnya
