★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih sopan dalam menanggapi customer, sebelum bilang customer kasar coba ngaca dulu, kata2 kalian ada yang "kasar" ga ke customer? dan coba baca lagi apa ada kata2 dari customer yang beneran "kasar"? ATAU tuduhan kalian aj?
Ga perlu sampai saya kirim screenshot an ke sini kan biar semua orang baca dan bisa simpulkan sendiri?
Mau kalian balas apapun review saya ini, saya cuman harap yang baca disini bisa lebih berhati2 aja, mau beli silahkan tapi better jangan sampai mengalamai pengalaman yang TIDAK enak yang saya alami.

Be more polite in responding to customers, before saying the customer is rude, try looking at it first, do you have any "rude" words to the customer? and try to read again, are there any words from customers who are really "rude"? OR your accusations?
There's no need for me to send a screenshot here, right so everyone can read it and conclude for themselves?
If you want to reply to any of my reviews, I just hope that those who read here can be more careful, if you want to buy, please do so but it's better not to have the unpleasant experience that I experienced.
