★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tertanggal 29 juli 2019 pukul 17:20 WIB saya berkunjung k comfort smile rencana ingin melepas gigi behel yg saya sudah pasang dari des 2018 di comfort smile pomad oleh dokter Ang**.Saya sudah kecewa dengan dokter Ang** tdk hanya 1 atau 2 x dan tidak perlu saya jabarkan kekecwaan saya secara merinci yang pasti saya sudah sangat kecewa berat.Mkanya saya beralih k comfort smile cikaret namun yg saya jumpai hal serupa SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN,ucapan yg tak sepantasnya di ucapkan seorng dokter spesialis gigi.Jikalau hal ini di awal d beri tahukan saya pastikan tidak akan pasang kawat behel d comfort smile.Dokter yang berinisial ALD*** berkata melalui ptugas receptionist mas kalo mau lepas harus sama dokter Ang** lagi,ucapan yg bagi orng awam sperti saya jwban ini sangat menyakitkan.Bagaimana tidak saya itu ksni gak minta gratis dan saya akan bayar bahkan untk perwtan gigi behel d t4 ini tidak lah murah.Bulan-bulan sebelumnya pun saya pernah kecewa jga dngam jwban yg sama pdhal kawat behelnya lepas dan menusuk ke gusi,sangat menyakitkan dngan jwban yg sama harus d tangani sma dokter ANG** pdhal dokter yg bersangkutan tdk ad jadwl praktek hari itu sedangkan saya merasakan kesakitan yg sngat luar biasa.DIMANA KEWIBAWAAN SEORANG DOKTER SPESIALIS GIGI!!!!!
MELIHAT PASIEN MERINTIH KESAKITAN BUKANNYA MEMBERI PERTOLONGAN NAMUN MEMBERIKAN JAWABAN YANG SANGAT MENYAKITKAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Keluhan saya sakit gigi krn tambalan pecah. Dokternya kurang komunikatif dan teliti. Dibar bor sat set, yak selesai! Selesai tindakan saya tanya kontrol lagi kapan? Dokternya: oh ga usah udah permanen. Saya kaget dong kok lgsg permanen?? ?? Krn biasanya dirawat dulu giginya sebelum permanen. Ini gak bilang apa2 lgsg tambal aja. Dan benar smp seminggu gigi saya tambah berdenyut-denyut sakitnya luar biasa. Ternyata tambalan harus dibongkar dan memang harus dirawat dulu. Bener-bener deh ampunnn... Sudah sakit tertimpa tagihan sejuta. ???
Worst experience ever! My complaint is that I have a toothache because of broken fillings. The doctor is less communicative and conscientious. Drilled one set, ok done! The action is finished, I ask the control again when? The doctor: oh no need to be permanent. I was shocked, how come it's permanent lgsg ?? ?? Because usually the teeth are treated first before they become permanent. It doesn't say anything just patchy. And it was true that for a week my teeth were throbbing, the pain was excruciating. It turned out that the patch had to be removed and had to be treated first. Really ampunnn ... Already sick of being hit by a million bills. ???
