Namun dari semua gerai yang ada, kita sebagai pengunjung tidak pernah diedukasi tentang bahan dasarnya, yaitu ketela. Seperti tanaman ketela dari mana, apakah tanaman asli Indonesia, bagaimana cara penyebarannya, daerah mana saja yang menjadi sentra produksi ketela saat ini, dan lainnya. Lebih menarik jika informasi tersebut dipasang di gerai dan dapat berupa hiasan dinding.
