★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini menjadi suatu pengalaman pertama buat sy menjadi pengemudi ojol...mungkin untuk saat ini agak sulit untuk mendapat kan pelanggan dalam penjemputan terdekat ...selalu penjemputan nya jauh...makanya jarang sy ngambil pelanggan...sekali nya dapat penjemputan terdekat kadang di tolak terkadang jg sdh ada yg ambil...sy pengen pwnjemputan nya yg dekat ...itu saja sih...
 This is the first experience for me to be an ojol driver ... maybe for now it's a bit difficult to get customers in the closest pick-up ... always the pick-up is far ... so I rarely pick up customers ... once I get the closest pick-up sometimes Rejected sometimes someone has taken it ... I want to pick it up close ... that's all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nya nyaman, ada di Batu Ceper 7 No. 20, bisa di akses dari Jl. Sukarjo wiryopranoto samping gedung Muzatek (yg lg di bongkar). Jalan sebelahnya ada Batu ceper 5 & ada jalan tembus lewat gang seukuran 2 motor tembus ke Jl. Hayam wuruk raya. Suasana depan kost cukup ramai dengan aktifitas warga sekitar, harus hati2 karena banyak anak kecil bermain. Tampak depan kost, pagar besi hitam dgn gedung minimalis. Cukup untuk beristirahat & dekat kemana mana. Area terdekat sekitarnya adalah : halte busway Sawah besar, Gajah mada Plaza, Pasar Sawah besar, kuliner Jalan Pecenongan, Carrefour Duta merlin, dan beberapa hotel
The boarding house is comfortable, it's at Batu Ceper 7 No. 20, can be accessed from Jl. Sukarjo Wiryopranoto next to the Muzatek building (which has been demolished). The road next to it is Batu flat 5 & there is a pass through an alley the size of 2 motorbikes that goes to Jl. Hayam Wuruk Raya. The front of the boarding house is quite busy with the activities of local residents, you have to be careful because many young children are playing. Front view of boarding house, black iron fence with minimalist building. Enough to rest & close to everywhere. The closest surrounding areas are: the Sawah Besar busway stop, Gajah mada Plaza, Pasar Sawah Besar, Jalan Pecenongan culinary delights, Carrefour Duta Merlin, and several hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulilah bisa kenal dan tinggal di tempat ini. Walau hanya kostan, tapi benar2 terawat. Saya dan suami ambil kamar dengan Harga 2.550.000 dengan banyak fasilitas+tempat yang bersih+sirkulasi udara yang sangat bagus menurut saya worth it banget. Daripada tinggal di apartemen/kontrakan yang harus mengeluarkan uang mungkin diatas harga ini.
Kalau menurut perhitungan saya dan suami loh ini yaa ?
Gak pernah menyesal tinggal disini. Bener. Pantes banyak yang betah ???
Thank God I can know and live in this place. Even though it's only a boarding house, it's really well-maintained. My husband and I took a room at a price of 2,550,000 with many facilities + a clean place + very good air circulation in my opinion, really worth it. Instead of living in an apartment / rented apartment that you have to spend money maybe above this price.
According to my husband and I calculations, this is it
Never regret staying here. Right. No wonder many feel at home ???

Kamar sempit banget. Bener2 gak ada space tambahan untuk taroh barang2 selain di dalam lemari yg disediakan.
Ada kamar mandi dalam tp cuma bisa buat mandi, kloset WC di kamar mandi luar.
Terlalu rame krn ada sekitar 70an kamar.
Yg lucu gak boleh taruh rak sepatu, jd dilorong2 depan kamar sepatu2 berserakan
Dapur kotor, kurang bersih dan terawat.
Survey results:
Very narrow room. There really is no additional space to put things other than in the cupboard provided.
There is an internal bathroom but it can only be used for bathing, the toilet bowl is in the outside bathroom.
Too crowded because there are about 70 rooms.
The funny thing is that you can't put a shoe rack, so the shoes are scattered in the hallways in front of the room
The kitchen is dirty, not clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan dengan best view ever pokoknya, dari atas rooftop kelihatan monas, rooftop lebar luas dan nyaman banget, tiap lantai kosan tersedia toilet umum dan tempat tamu, terdiri 3 lantai dan tiap lantainya tesedia puluhan kamar yg berasa luas banget. Untuk harga mungkin bisa tanyakan langsung ke owner atau penjaga kosan
The boarding house with the best view ever, basically, from the rooftop it looks great, the rooftop is wide and very comfortable, each floor of the boarding house has public toilets and guest rooms, consisting of 3 floors and each floor there are dozens of rooms that feel very spacious. For the price maybe you can ask directly to the owner or boarding house
