★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost aman nyaman bersih. Penjaga kost sangat ramah, manajeman kost juga fast respon. Harganya worth it dg fasilitas kost yg lengkap. Walaupun berada di tengah2 pemukiman warga, tapi cukup nyaman dan dekat kemana2.
Clean comfortable safe boarding house. The boarding housekeeper is very friendly, the boarding management is also fast response. The price is worth it with complete boarding facilities. Even though it is in the middle of residential areas, it is quite comfortable and close to everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya kos dsni krna double security (2 passcode di gerbang dan pintu masuk), lama2 kok byk surprisenya, ky cctv jg ada, bersih, laundry pun ada di tiap kamar. Yg paling suka itu kedap suara, jd klo bawa tmn2 ke kamar yg berisik ga ganggu tetangga sekitar kamar. Penjaganya jg ramah, ga nyesel dehh. Thankyouuu Abdi Home?
Initially there was a boarding house because of double security (2 passcodes at the gate and entrance), after a long time there were many surprises, like CCTV is also available, clean, laundry is also in each room. What I like the most is soundproof, so if you take your friends to a noisy room, don't disturb the neighbors around the room. The guards are also friendly, you don't regret it. Thankyouu Abdi Home?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga terjangkau, pas pertama masuk kamar bagus dan terawat dengan baik bersih. Parkiran motor gerbang ada smart lock sebelum masuk area kamar juga ada smart lock. Penjaga kos ramah, pelayanan juga bagus tidak mengecewakan. Fasilitas lengkap ada loundry, ada perawatan ac ,ada perawatan kamar, ada galon dilorong kamar(tetapi tidak dinyalakan dispenser nya).
Kekurangan nya tidak ada kulkas untuk bersama, untuk masak di lantai 5 agak capek keatas karna saya di lantai 1 ? dan jalan menuju kosan gang sempit

The boarding housekeeper is friendly, the service is also good it doesn't disappoint. Complete facilities have laundry, there is ac maintenance, there is room maintenance, there are gallons in the hall of the room (but the dispenser is not turned on).
The drawback is that there is no refrigerator for sharing, cooking on the 5th floor is a bit tired and up because I'm on the 1st floor and the road to the boarding house is a narrow alley
