★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan lwt Grabfood, begitu smpe di rmh, pesanan salah semua. Driver uda pergi dan ga tau no.hpnya driver lagi. Ada 3 item pesanan, semua salah. Coba contact lgsg ke Co.Choc tp ga aktif.
Pesan 1 Chocolate Boba Ganache, malah di kasih Coffee & sy ga doyan Coffee sm sekali.
Yg 2 pesanan saya lainnya yaitu 2 Ovaltine Crunchy Balls Ganache, dtgnya koq Ovaltine Ganache doank dua2nya? Crunchy Ballsnya mana?? Harga yg sy uda order dan byr itu lebih mahal, tp dtgnya yang lebih murah. Sedangkan uda payment pk Ovo. Mengecewakan. Gregetan banget.
Order through Grabfood, once in the house, all orders are wrong. The driver has left and doesn't know the driver anymore. There are 3 order items, all wrong. Try lgsg contact to Co.Choc but not active.
Order 1 Chocolate Boba Ganache, instead you are given Coffee & I don't like Coffee very much.
My other 2 orders are 2 Ovaltine Crunchy Balls, how about the Ovaltine Ganache, both? Where is the Crunchy Balls ?? The price I ordered and byr was more expensive, but at a cheaper price. Whereas the payment has been pk Ovo. Disappointing. Very exciting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan pelayanannya.
Saya memesan 2 signature dark chocolate (ice) dan saya beri keterangan jangan pake es batu, karena saya tidak mau es batunya mencair duluan di jalan yg akhirnya menyebabkan perubahan rasa atau menjadi lebih watery. Lalu beberapa menit kemudian saya ditelpon oleh driver gojeknya yg menjelaskan tidak bisa tanpa es batu, lalu saya minta untuk berbicara sama pegawainya.
"Mas saya tidak mau pake es batu,nanti mencair d jalan jadi tidak enak rasanya." Lalu si masnya berkata "tidak bisa karena sudah standar nya seperti itu."
Saya bingung ini kan lumrah terjadi ya dmn mana jika ada yg mau minumannya walaupun dingin tapi tanpa menggunakan es batu. Bagi saya lebih baik saya pake es batu saya sendiri di rumah daripada harus merubah rasa minuman nya. Tolong dong fleksibelitas nya untuk hal hal sepele seperti ini.
I am disappointed with the service.
I ordered 2 signature dark chocolate (ice) and I told him not to use ice cubes, because I didn't want the ice cubes to melt first on the road which eventually caused a change in taste or became more watery. Then a few minutes later I was called by the motorbike driver who explained that he could not do it without ice, then I asked to speak with his staff.
"Bro, I don't want to use ice cubes, then it will melt on the road so it doesn't taste good." Then the brother said "it can't be because it's standard like that."
I'm confused this is not normal where where if someone wants a drink even though it's cold but without using ice cubes. For me it's better to use my own ice cube at home instead of having to change the taste of the drink. Please give me flexibility for trivial matters like this.
