Dokter yang tidak ramah dan sombong dengan pasien yang tidak memenuhi target, terkesan mengusir dan tidak menghargai pasien yang sudah berusaha untuk mengurangi berat badannya. pasien yang dianggap tidak berhasil dalam beberapa kali treatment ‘diusir’ atau di ‘pending’ ke treatment selanjutnya (bisa 2 bulan lebih) oleh pihak management yang hanya diperintah oleh dokter tanpa mengetahui progress asli dari pasien. memang programnya terkenal berhasil, tapi service atau cara dokter menangani pasien sangat tidak direkomendasikan. masih banyak dokter gizi lain yang treatmentnya berhasil tapi ramah dan baik, lebih informatif, tidak hanya menyuruh “baca aja resepnya” setiap ditanya informasi, yang berujung ke tidak efektifan program karena pasien salah dalam menjalani dietnya. sangat tidak direkomendasikan
 Unsatisfactory service from doctors and management. Doctors who are not friendly and arrogant with patients who do not meet the target, seem to drive away and do not appreciate patients who have tried to lose weight. Patients who are considered unsuccessful in several treatments are 'expelled' or 'pending' to the next treatment (can be more than 2 months) by the management who is only ordered by the doctor without knowing the original progress of the patient. Indeed, the program is known to be successful, but the service or the way doctors treat patients is not recommended. there are many other nutrition doctors whose treatment is successful but friendly and kind, more informative, not just telling them to "read the recipe" every time they are asked for information, which leads to the ineffectiveness of the program because the patient is wrong in his diet. very not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please untuk tidak datang ke tempat ini jika berat badan anda normal karena akan tetap ke charge IDR 575,000 walaupun tidak menjalankan program. In my case, berat badan normal, tapi karena ingin hidup sehat dan pengen tau makanan apa yang sehat buat tubuh saya. Jadi saya putuskan untuk ke Dokter Joko, karena saya habis diet mayo dan turun 4 kg, saya juga mau cek apakah saya bisa kelainan gizi. Tapi saya sangat kecewa karena dokter bilang tidak tahu dengan apa yang saya makan. Dokter bilang : “kamu tanya saja harusnya ke mana km melakukan diet mayo”. Yang menurut saya tidak pantas seorang dokter untuk menjawab pasien nya seperti itu. Apalagi dokter tsb adalah dokter gizi.
Apa yang saya lakukan disana adalah Dokter hanya menyuruh saya naik timbangan yang mirip timbangan yang di fitness first. Ketika hasil nya keluar. Beliau bilang lemak saya hanya lebih sedikit. Dan kalau diturunin bisa menyebabkan osteoporosis dan kalopun turun abis itu bisa naik 2x lipat. Ga mau jadi naik kan berat badan nya kata beliau. Dan saya mala di suruh ke dokter tulang ??! beliau juga tidak memberikan rekomendasi apapun untuk diet sehat atau makanan sehat apa yang cocok buat tubuh saya walaupun saya bilang bukan untuk menurunkan berat badan.
Saya tidak akanmerekomendasikan dokter ini kepada siapapun!

In my case, normal weight, but because I want to live healthy and want to know what foods are healthy for my body. So I decided to go to Doctor Joko, because I finished the mayo diet and lost 4 kg, I also wanted to check if I could get a nutritional disorder. But I was very disappointed because the doctor said he did not know what I was eating. The doctor said: "You just ask where you should go on the mayo diet". Which in my opinion is not appropriate for a doctor to answer his patients like that. Moreover, the doctor is a doctor of nutrition.
What I did there was that the doctor only told me to ride a scale that was similar to the first fitness scale. When the results come out. He said I only had less fat. And if you can reduce osteoporosis and even if you go down it can increase 2x. He doesn't want to gain weight, he said. And I was told to go to a bone doctor ??! He also did not give any recommendations for a healthy diet or healthy food that is suitable for my body even though I said not to lose weight.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aneh masa dapat antrian tahun 2022.. saya daftar 2020.. udah kaya nunggu antrian naik hj ajaa.. keburu kurus dengan sendiri ini mah kalau Ampe nunggu antrian dokter doang bertahun tahun. Harusnya dr bisa mengatur waktu dengan pasien2 baru.. bnyak kok dr lain juga rame pasien nya tp kayanya gak gini2 amat..
It's strange that I got to queue in 2022 .. I signed up for 2020 .. I'm already like waiting for the queue to go up just .. I got thin with this myself, if Ampe waited in line for doctors only for years. Dr should be able to manage time with new patients .. how come there are many other patients who are also crowded but it doesn't seem like this ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya gak informatif, mulutnya kekunci banget dateng cuma nimbang hitung² trus pulang, kaga bisa ditanya² bawaanya ketus aja, management juga gak bener. Mau nanya² jadi males udah ketus duluan. Udah laa ke Dokter Gizi lain aja.... Berhasil ato gak berhasil tergantung niat pasien kok.
The doctor is not informative, his mouth is really locked, he just comes and weighs and goes home, he can't ask questions, he's just curt, the management isn't right either. I want to ask questions so I'm lazy already. Have you gone to another nutritionist? It works or doesn't work depending on the patient's intention.

Buat sebagian orang dokternya sombonglah, galaklah tapi bagi saya dokternya sangat tegas, mau menjawab segala pertanyaan saya dengan detail dan selalu ingin pasiennya cepet mencapai target berat badan yang diharapkan. Saya menjadi pasiennya dr joko dari 2013 dan alhamdulillah selalu nurut sama anjuran dokternya sehingga berat badan cepet mencapai target. ?
Thanks doc.. For some people the doctor is arrogant, fierce but for me the doctor is very strict, willing to answer all my questions in detail and always wants his patients to quickly reach the expected weight target. I have been a patient of Dr. Joko since 2013 and thank God I always followed the doctor's advice so that I quickly reached the target weight. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dokter paling tidak sopan sejagad raya!! sombong sekali jadi manusia.. mentang2 pasien nya banyak tidak menghargai orang sama sekali.. fyi: ini pasien nya sesama dokter loh.. ada yang namanya etika sesama dokter!! tinggal tunggu aja kapan falling down nya! ada cara menjawab yang lebih baik dok.. sikap dan wajah nya sama jelek nya... apalagi hatinya ya???
The most disrespectful doctor in the universe!! So arrogant to be a human.. just because a lot of patients don't respect people at all.. fyi: this patient is a fellow doctor... there is such a thing as ethics among doctors!! just wait when it falls down! is there a better way to answer doc.. his attitude and face are just as ugly... let alone his heart, right???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman terburuk dengan dokter joko dan jadi trauma. Hanya ingin bertanya hal yg penting, selalu di cut. Apa ya yang salah dari pasien bertanya ke yang memang "katanya" ahlinya.. dulu tahun 2012 sebelum booming pernah kedia dan tdk begini sikap nya. Ternyata sukses bisa ya merubah kepribadian orang. Ini bukti nyata nya. Sangat sangat sangat kecewa. Sudah pertemuan ke3 dan NOMORE.. saran saya lebih baik cari dokter gizi lain yang memang peduli dan care dengan pasien nya.. masih banyak yang lain yang juga bagus dan attitude nya baik. Thanks for the trauma u gave me doc! Hope u can sleep well at night :)
Worst experience with doctor joko and so traumatized. Just want to ask something important, always cut. What's wrong with the patient asking the person who is "said" as an expert... back in 2012 before the boom happened and this was not his attitude. It turns out that success can change people's personalities. This is real proof. Very very very disappointed. It's been the 3rd meeting and NUMBER.. my advice is to find another nutritionist who really cares and cares for his patients.. there are many others who are also good and have a good attitude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quite sceptical at first because of many 1 star reviews, but my wife went to the Dr before and she was quite happy with the program, so I decided to give it a try and not asking too many questions. I'd say the program is not that hard and I lost 4 kg in the first 2 weeks. However I think there might me a problem with the scale, on my first appointment it weighed me 95kg and 40 kg of fat. On my next visit, at first it weighed 80 kg, which is impossible and the doctor tinkered with it a bit weighed me at 91 kg and 25 kg of fat. The doctor told me it's impossible to lose 15 kg of fat within 2 weeks and asked me to redo the program. Later on I suspected that the scale might be wrong on my first visit as well. Overall I'm quite happy with the program.
