★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mba diana nya terlalu menyepelekan custummer serasa dia paling pintar padahal suami saya IT loh paham bukan gak paham dia.. Pdahal kita beli loh. Dia kerja gk ditraining ya cara bicara dgn custumer kaya mne.? Alasana nya gtu krn dia lagi banyak kerjaan. Tapi kan itu bukan urusan custumer klo gak niat kerja yg ramah gak usah kerja. Kita beli bukan ngutanggg servisan ke kustumer kaya apa? Penyediaan aqua gelas kecil pun gak ada. Padahal kami beli berjam jam loh.jgn krn barang xian banyak yg beli tapi mengadapi cara melayani custumer xian abaikan. Untung cicinya baik ini namnya bad servis costumer
Mba Diana is too dismissive of the customer as if she is the smartest even though my husband IT understands, doesn't understand him.. Even though we bought it. He doesn't have any training, how do you talk to customers like that? The reason is that he has a lot of work to do. But it's not the customer's business, if you don't have a friendly work intention, you don't have to work. What kind of customer service do we buy instead of debt service? There is no provision of small aqua glass either. Even though we bought it for hours, don't buy Xian's goods, but ignore how to serve Xian's customers. Fortunately, this good lady is called bad customer service
