★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi ESD Computindo ini di mangga dua. udah berubah namanya jadi Horizon Computindo. Tokonya tidak begitu besar, katalog produknya lumayan beragam dan harga bersaing. Namun masih terlihat berantakan...
Pengalaman berbelanja :
Divisi telemarketing / online nya bagus yah responsif... Hanya saja alur informasi ke customer kurang baik, sempat simpang siur misal bilang barang ready ternyata masih dalam pengiriman. Sebagai pembeli, kita sebaiknya berhati hati dan tidak melakukan transfer sebelum ada bukti foto yang jelas. Untuk closing sales dan handling delivery sih bagus dan cepat diprosesnya. Overall good lah, namun komunikasi internal perlu pembenahan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan pahaman dengan customer
So this ESD Computindo is in mango two. I've changed its name to Horizon Computindo. The shop is not that big, the product catalog is quite diverse and the price is competitive. But it still looks messy ...
