Doctor: very nice and very good in explaining the results of rontgen, we can ask many things and she replied all
Equipment: they have rontgen, usg, lab
Staff: nice and informative
The lack is only the small area for waiting room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitten was having diarrhea 3-4 months ago and the doctor only said “it will be better by itself” and didnt check her properly. I read that vet should have checked the poo under a microscope or something but this is not done at all. This diarrhea is still frequently occuring up til now. Then, my kitten had so much ear wax but the doctor said it was ulcer (sariawan). Again, the doctor didn’t even check the ear wax and just prescribed some meds and give flea meds. Its been WEEKS and my cat still has the same problem. Aside from that, I went to groom my cat and the nails & ears are not cleaned. Was gonna give the shop a chance but now I don’t think so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my very first time bring my kittens to the vet and they are so warm and welcome. the staff & doctors are kind and gentle. i fully trust them, they helped my kitten kyo survived. the place is clean and have some check up rooms, surgery rooms and pet hotel. really, recommended! i brought 2 kittens here and they're slowly recover and get better. thank you citra vet ❤
