Pelayanan sangat tidak profesional. Receptionist sering pasang lagu keras2! Padahal ada pasien sedang menunggu dokter, malah pasang youtube dan musik keras2. Klinik ini masuk ke daftar hitam saya

Pegawai tidak profesional dan pelayanan sangat amat tidak memuaskan, bisa-bisanya saat ada orang mendaftar pegawai malah asyik mengobrol dan tidak menggubris sama sekali. Dan tololnya lagi bisa loh data hasil MCU hilang.

Pelayanan sangatttt sangatttt sangaaattt burukkk sekali.... Daftar di suruh nunggu saya sudah nunggu hampir 1 jam di tanyain lagi baru suruh ngisi data, udah begitu pas sama dokter nya gak d apa apain tanya2 doang gk d kasih apa2... Udah suruh bayarrr.... Uangnya haram itu tolollll

Masukkan saja sebaiknya telp wa yg diberikan kekonsumsen segera direspon, krn sudah bareng tentu kita wa atau telp pasti ada hal yg penting entah menanyakan obat, dokter dllnya, selama 2 hari saya wa dan telp tidak ada yg respon, terima kasih

Kemarin baru pertama kali tes PCR di sana, sampel diambil tgl 04/02/2022 sekitar jam 11.50an , tapi kok di laporan hasil swab PCR yg diinfo ke saya ketulis sampelnya diambil di tgl 05/02/2022 ya? Kesannya periksa di sana hasilnya cuma beberapa jam doang, padahal mah saya nunggunya lebih dari 1x24 jam. Dan hasilnya juga kok belum ngelink ke aplikasi peduli lindungi ya?

Jadwal istirahat dokternya berubah", bagi pelanggan ini jelas buang" waktu dan transport, harusnya disiplin. Resepsionis juga seringkali kurang sigap, kurang profesional, banyak main hp dan jawabannya kadang beda2. Tolong diperbaiki lagi SDM"nya, apalagi KF ini punya nama besar.
