 Very unprofessional service. Receptionist often installs loud songs! Even though there were patients waiting for the doctor, instead they put youtube and music loudly. This clinic is on my blacklist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai tidak profesional dan pelayanan sangat amat tidak memuaskan, bisa-bisanya saat ada orang mendaftar pegawai malah asyik mengobrol dan tidak menggubris sama sekali. Dan tololnya lagi bisa loh data hasil MCU hilang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin baru pertama kali tes PCR di sana, sampel diambil tgl 04/02/2022 sekitar jam 11.50an , tapi kok di laporan hasil swab PCR yg diinfo ke saya ketulis sampelnya diambil di tgl 05/02/2022 ya? Kesannya periksa di sana hasilnya cuma beberapa jam doang, padahal mah saya nunggunya lebih dari 1x24 jam. Dan hasilnya juga kok belum ngelink ke aplikasi peduli lindungi ya?
