★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciputra group never goes wrong. They did their best on this site. The site plan designated perfectly with a huge open public space and lake. They also offer what we called "compact" premium houses with affordable price for millenials or new family. The marketing staff also helpful and communicative. Strongly consider to invest one here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place, I live here. Quite affordable housing and nice choice for investment. Overall based on my experience the estate staffs are very helpful. One that you can count on is Mr. Rizki.
However, the accesibility to the location is quite limited especially obstacle in front of Metland entrance always annoying cause there is a traffic diversion. I hope this trouble would be solved in the futurr
