★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat amat mengecewakan. Jangan pakai laundry ini kalau ga mau kecewa berat seperti saya.
1. Saya laundry car seat, janjinya selesai 7 hari. Tapi di hari ke 10 belum ada kabar apapun. Saya WA BERKALI2 pun ga dibalas2. Saya harus DM dan komen di IGnya agar dibalas (itupun komen saya di IG kemudian dihapus mereka)
2. Saat diantar ke tempat saya, bantalan carseat ga ada. Ini pun harus saya yg cek. Klo saya ga ngeh, mgkn ga akan dikasih tau. Jadi saya harus nunggu mereka lagi untuk cari di tempat laundry dan antar lagi ke saya. Padahal car seatnya mau saya pakai hari itu. Ini sangat ga efisien!!
3. Setelah saya pasang, bantalan sabuk pengamannya ternyata ga ada!! Saya heran betul kenapa mereka ga ada final check list memastikan komponen carseat saya lengkap sebelum dikembalikan. Sangat ga efisien dan mengecewakan!! Setelah dicari di tempat laundry, ternyata hilang. Mereka menawarkan utk ganti yg baru.
4. Setelah sekitar 3 hari, mereka antar bantalan seatbelt yg baru. Bukan asli bawaan merk carseat saya. Ga tau itu dari mana. Tapi ga bisa dipasang di carseat saya karena kekecilan dan ga bisa dibuka utk dipasang di seatbelt carseat saya. Sepertinya mereka asal saja cari penggantinya, tanpa tahu apakah cocok atau tidak.
INTINYA, JANGAN PAKAI JASA LAUNDRY INI KALAU GA MAU KECEWA.
Very very disappointing. Don't use this laundry if you don't want to be disappointed like me.
1. I did the car seat laundry, the promise was finished in 7 days. But on the 10th day there was no news. I WA MANY times, no reply. I have to DM and comment on his IG to be replied to (and even then my comments on IG then deleted them)
2. When it was delivered to my place, there was no car seat cushion. I have to check this too. If I don't know, maybe I won't be told. So I had to wait for them again to look at the laundry and bring it back to me. Even though I wanted to use the car seat that day. This is very inefficient!!
3. After I installed it, the seat belt pad was missing!! I really wonder why they don't have a final check list to make sure my carseat components are complete before being returned. Very inefficient and disappointing!! After looking at the laundry, it was missing. They offered to replace a new one.
4. After about 3 days, they delivered a new seatbelt. Not the original from my carseat brand. Don't know where it came from. But it can't be installed on my carseat because it's too small and can't be opened to fit on my carseat's seatbelt. It seems they are just looking for a replacement, without knowing whether it is suitable or not.
The point is, DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.
