★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate good service they bring to customer as many other banks do. But the speed of teller section should be improved. Esp when it comes around 12 to 1 o'clock, they just open 1 teller's counter but the waiting line is somehow double and please make sure the security knows how to guide the customer. Last time i came here they were wrongly guide me to take up Customer Service line number instead of teller, after i complained they just realized giving me wrong number. Hopefully they could be better.
