★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this bank to reactivate my blocked bank account and debet card. When I told the security that I wanted to go to CS, he offered me to activate it through a machine. The card changing process was successful, but the card could not be connected to M-BCA, so he transferred me to the CS.
The CS helped me to activate my M-BCA, but did not offer to re-activate my bank account. Now that I am no longer in the bank and I need to do some transactions, my account is still on hold, and I was asked by HaloBCA to go to any BCA branch for the re-activation. How could the CS skip the part that my account was not yet active!!
If the security could not fully help the clients' problem, please assist them directly to the CS counter. It was very time-consuming to have this inefficient service from BCA Pondok Indah. Despite this issue, all of the staff there were friendly.
