Next time, let me know, if there's only one computer online, there's already a lot of queues, it's been a waste of time before saying there's a problem...

queue number cs no 13 finishes at 12, cimb is the best so my fav bank now thank you cimb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lama sekali, ngabisin waktu ampe setengah hari, udah mana suruh tunggu diluar panas, pdhal ada anak2 diluar rawan kena mobil, pengalaman yg sangat buruk
The service is very long, it takes up to half a day, where have you been told to wait outside, it's hot, even though there are children outside that are prone to getting hit by a car, a very bad experience
