★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem here is you can't buy the newest cellphone with any credit card, you have to buy it in cash or using BCA debit card only. So there is no such 6 or 12 months installment like those in Erafone and other official gadget shops in town. The sales girls/boys here are very helpful tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad server. I tried to ask a help for my error Mi Band. The server left me saying he was servicing customers yet he never came back to me and chatted with his friend instead. I left the store. Worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I am one of the Mi Fans, I am just glad we have an authorized Mi store in our City. The problem is with the Salesman and salesgirl and almost all of the staffs here have such a bad attitude towards the consumers, they are just so rude in giving their services. But that's not a huge problem tho. The Mi products they sell mostly complete and up to date with the official 'TAM' guarantee, although the quantity of the products are limited so we have to queue since early in the morning, but It's Worth it! I usually visit the Mi store once in 6 months to just simply change my phone. The price is the 'Honest price' since it's an authorized Mi Store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi Store is always full of people, and I do not have a chance to talk with their sales person so I need to directly ask their staff to bring me exact unit to buy. Overall, I know what I am going to buy so it does not bother me whether their staffs are busy with other customers.
