Kapok saya ke CIMB cabang ini. CS cuma satu, yang antri banyak. Ngelayanin 1 orang lebih dari 30 menit. ngelayaninnya lelet banget. udah ngantri lama akhirnya saya batalin antrian. Banyak waktu terbuang sia-sia.
Give me this branch to CIMB. CS is only one, queued up a lot. Fisher for 1 person for more than 30 minutes. The fisherman is really slow. I have been waiting for a long time and finally I canceled the queue. A lot of time is wasted.

Ternyata yg punya pengalaman buruk di sini bukan hanya saya....Kartu ATM saya keblokir utk bayar via debit online di Shopee,tapi utk ambil duit di ATM bisa...pihak bank nyuruh telp ke 14041.Pas udah telp yg ngabisin pulsa Rp22ribu utk 11 menit doang malah nyuruh balik ke KCP terdekat.Terus aja saya dilempar sana-sini,ampe saat ini kartu saya masih keblokir.Jujur aja klo bukan krn pembayaran gaji lewat Cimb Niaga,saya udah ganti ama bank lain... Bahkan saat saya datang ke sono cuma diminta Ktp,kartu ATM ama satpamnya,lalu si satpam nanya ke CSnya ya gitu doang suruh saya telp 14041,tanpa dijelasin perihal apapun...kesannya males nglayanin gitu.MENDING LAYANAN CS NYA DIHAPUSKAN,TULIS AJA DI PINTU KACANYA "LAYANAN CS SILAKAN HUB 14041" Simple kan,enak lagi makan gaji buta....

My ATM card is blocked for paying via online debit at Shopee, but for taking money at the ATM it can be ... the bank told me to call 14041.Pas already used up the Rp22,000 credit for 11 minutes I just told him to return to the nearest KCP. Even when I came to Sono, I was only asked for a KTP, ATM card with the security guard, then the security guard asked him to CS, that's what I told him to call 14041, without being explained about anything ... it sounded lazy to treat it like that. sumpah lelet bat, kacau. bener bener kecewa customer service cuman satu sedangkan angrian hpir 7-8 satu orang bisa setengah jam lebih. payahhhhhhhhh
I swear slow bat, messed up. really disappointed customer service only one while angrian hpir 7-8 one person can be more than half an hour. ughhhhhhhhh

Satpam sama karyawan ga jelas informasi tidak jelas kalo awal bilang bisa buat ATM ... Udh nunggu lama sisa 4 orng lagi bilang ga bisa !!!!!
The security guard and the employee are not clear, the information is not clear, if at first they said they could make an ATM... After a long wait, the remaining 4 people said they couldn't !!!!!

Pelayanan kok makin parah ya ,,, saya ojol ngurus ATM ,,, tapi knapa ya nomer antrian saya paling blakang ,,, nah yg baru Dateng dapet nomer antrian yg lebih kecil ,,, dan pada saat nomer dipanggil ada 4 nomer antrian kosong yg tidak ada orang nya ,, baru saya di panggil ,,,brarti emang bener nomer antrian itu untuk orang lain ,,,,knpa harus di beda bedakan ,,, padahal udah 5 tahun dari pertama di ojol pake CIMB .... Sangat kecewa baru skarang ngalamin ini....
How come the service is getting worse,,, I am taking care of the ATM,,, but why is my queue number at the back,,, now the one who just came got a smaller queue number,,, and when the number was called there were 4 empty queue numbers. no one was there... I just got called... it means that the queue number is for someone else... why should it be different... even though it's been 5 years since the first time I was in Ojol using CIMB... Very disappointed just now experiencing this....

CS lama bgt..antri 3 org aja smpe 2 jam lebih nunggunya..lama masuk ruangan g jelas apa yg d kerjain.CS bank lain jg sskl masuk ruangan tp cuma 5 menit balik. uda slsei laynin bukan panggil antrian slnjutnya,malah ngobrol..kapok k kantor cabang ini
CS takes a long time.. 3 people queue up for more than 2 hours waiting.. long time to enter the room, it's not clear what they are doing. Other bank CS also enter the room but only 5 minutes back. I've finished serving, instead of calling the next queue, I'm even chatting.. I'm tired of this branch office
