Jam 11.23 pelayanan CSnya di close menurut security judesnya, dia bilang karyawan terbatas, udah tau KCP yang buka ini doank, karyawannya malah dikurangi, udah gitu jam buka bank dipendekin, makin mengular antrian..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilih kasih! Nasabah menengah kebawah pasti dibelakangi. Dan nasabah keatas baru datang pasti diawali! Ribet baru tau bank yg kegini. Btw sama satpamnya tolong dong diganti sama PKL yg didepan. Gak ada sopan santunnya!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila ganti kartu ATM 1 jam lebih, najis , emg CS Lo ada brp sih, lelet amat kerja nya, gak praktis banget, ud GT wajib nunggu di luar lagi! WOW
It's crazy to change an ATM card for more than 1 hour, unclean, how many CS Lo's do you have, it's very slow, it's not very practical, you have to wait outside for GT! WOW

Saran utk manajemen tingkat atas mengambil tindakan segera apakah dengan menambah personil, mempercepat proses yg masih mungkin bisa dipercepat, atau membuka cabang lain lagi, atau lain-lain. Anda bayangkan wilayah yang dilayani Cab.Cinere dan Cab.Pamulang setelah belum lama ini Cab. Ciputat tutup.
