CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Cab Kelapa Gading telponnya mati sudah berminggu-minggu tapi didiamkan. Kata yang dicabang HO belum bayar ?????. Bikin susah customer menghubungi. Belum lagi proses claim yang gak jelas.
CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Cab Kelapa Gading The phone has been dead for weeks but has been kept quiet. The branched word HO hasn't paid yet ?????. Making customers difficult to contact. Not to mention the unclear claim process.

Sekedar cerita dan Himbauan Buat calon Nasabah or yang udah jadi nasabah untuk kembali berfikir menggunakan CNAF... singkat ceritanya... Teman Baik Ane mau oper kredit ke ane dengan sisa kredit 18 tenor 60 bulan Cicilan 2.4jt / bulan karena mau pindah lokasi kerja jadi males bawa kendaraan...ane inisiatif biar enak untuk ngelunasin cicilan tuh kendaraan pakai duit ane ... ane udah serching2 itung2 dari pengkreditan tetangga sebelah dan ane juga tanya dan cari info tmn2 ane yang terkait pelunasa kredit kendaraan semua menjelaskan itngan pelunasan percepat hanya bayar Pijmaan Pokok + pinalti yang di bayarkan yang seharusnya. baru deh Ane itung2 total sisa kreditian tmn ane sambil baca-baca klausul perjanjian yang di tulis pelunasan percepat pinalti 5% dari sisa pinjaman..ane itung Total2 Sekitar hampir 31.5jt( sisa Pokok + pinalti + sisa Bunga Perhari jatuh due date). sebelum 5 hari jatuh tempo pembayran cicilan ane niat lunasin dan datang Ke CNAF untuk Lunasin Sampe Muter-muter sulit di temukan karena alamat yang kantor lama sudah tutup info dr scurity .. pantesann.....dan di oper k sana ehh tutup juga...dan akhirnya ketemu setalah muter2 2jam lebih di jalan ...setelah saya sampai di sana dan saya bertemu cs untuk menanyakan simulasi cicilan pelunasan ternaya di luar epketasi saya total rincian peluunasan 40.4Jt . Whatt... apa gak salah hitung... saya bilang sama CSnya. ternya usut untuk pelunasan percepat tidak menggunakan itungan bunga Bunga Flat melainkan bunga efektif itunganya yang jelas2 tidak ada di perjanjian.. yang di kenakan untuk percepat kredit pelunasan.. soalnya tidak menjelasan di perjanjian tentang hal itu .. dan saya kaget,,,dengan bunga efektif kok bisa yaa padahal angsuran tetap dengan itungan bunga flat atas simulasi di tabel cicilan. dan ane baca perjanjian jelas2 di perjanjian pelunasan percepat pinalti 5% dari sisa pinjaman pokok( tanpa Bunga ) sambil saya memberikan info berkas2 pernjanjian ke CSnya... dan juga pelayannya buruknya CSnya kurang sopan mentang2 ane pihak ke dua di suruh CS tanya ke tmn ane ktanya tahu sebelumnya udah di jelasin detailnya terkait pelunasan..ane tlp tmn ane tanyagak merasa tidak di jelasin begitu cuman tanda tangan simulasi cicilan flat. gak ada penjelasan itungan pelunasan. jadi siapa yang bener,,, pihak CNAF or tmn ane .. Akhirnya ane gak mau panjang Lebar lagi.. dengan sikap CSnya yg kurang profesonal pelyanannya. Sekian cerita Ane.... dan ane jga dah cerita ke tmn ane dan tmn ane jga kaget..... Untuk CNAF Jadi intinya setidaknya harus jelas di perjanjian kalau begini jadi ada seperti ada Unsur penipuan tertutup bagi pihak nasabah, jadi nasaba di rugikan gt deh... dan juga tolong di perbaiki Pelayanan CSnya.. kudu di training sepertinya.. My good friend wants to pass credit to me with the remaining credit of 18 tenor 60 months Installment of 2.4 million / month because I want to move to a work location so lazy to bring a vehicle ... Actually, investigating for an early payment does not use a flat interest rate but the effective interest is clearly not in the agreement .. which is used to speed up repayment credit .. because it does not explain in the agreement about it .. and I was surprised ,,, with interest how come it can be effective, even though the installments are fixed with the flat interest on the simulation in the installment table. and I read the agreement clearly in the early penalty repayment agreement of 5% of the remaining principal loan (without interest) while I gave the information about the agreement files to the CS ... and also the waiter was bad the CS was impolite when I asked the second party to ask CS to ask my friend I asked you to know that the details regarding repayment have been explained beforehand .. I know, but I wondered if I didn't feel it was explained so I only signed a simulated flat installment. there is no explanation for the repayment calculation. So who's right ... CNAF or my friend ... Finally I didn't want to go any longer ... with the CS attitude that was less professional. That's all my story ... and I haven't told my friend and my friend I'm surprised too ... For CNAF So the point must be at least clear in the agreement if this is so there is like there is an element of closed fraud for the customer, so the customer is at a disadvantage, gt ... and also please improve CS services ... need to be trained, it seems ... Mobil dikembalikan, lalu dilelang, pemilik tdk ada pemberitahuan unit sdh dilelang, pemilik tahu ketika bertanya brp harga lelang, katanya tunggu dr managemen, cimb finece tdk Profesional, zaman sdh digital, semua serba cepat tp Cimb Finece msh kolonial. Mari kita lihat 5 thn kedepan Cimb Finece akan ditinggalkan jk tdk berubah cepat.
The car was returned, then auctioned off, the owner had no notification that the unit was auctioned off, the owner knew when he asked about the auction price, he said wait from management, Cimb Finance is not professional, digital era, everything is fast but Cimb Finece is still colonial. Let's see in the next 5 years Cimb Finece will be left if it doesn't change quickly.

cimb Niaga is the worst service in Indonesia , I have been using cimb in Malaysia the service is perfect thought in Indonesia too but the fact is not , calling the Custmer service more than 5 times and they close the line ,
