★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siang pak atau ibu, mau tanya apa benar skg klou keterlambatan bayar 2 bulan trus di bayar 1 bulan dulu kok engak bisa, bln kmren msik bisa. Mohonn bpk dan ibu yg di TAF pusat jkt mintak saranya. Soalnya terlambat bayar karena taxi onlain sby sepi dan barusan sakit jdi bayarnya terlambat. Trimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan buruk telat 1 bulan mobil mw di tarik di kenakan denda penarikan dri debcolektor lgi sebesar 2500.000 ini sangat menjerat nasabah. seharusnya ada kebijakan untuk banyar 1 bulan dulu bukan lgusng 2 bulan + denda + uang jaln debcoletor.

bad service 1 month late, my car was pulled in, wearing a fine from the withdrawal of debcolektor lgi of 2500,000, this really ensnared the customers. there should be a policy to pay for 1 month instead of 2 months + fines + debcoletor fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru telat 2 bln udah di tarik pake depcollektor pula, truss ada niat baek utk mengadakan pembayaran utk beberapa bln kedepan malah di tolak harus bayar BIAYA PENANGANAN hampir 20jt itu pemerasan namanya jd apa yg dikeluarkan pihak lising harus ditanggung debitur gila bener lising ini?????
Sedangkan sy udah masuk pembayaran ke 36 x 48 tenornya berarti tinggal 12x lagi,,, sy minta jawaban dari pihak TAF
It's only been 2 months late and it has been withdrawn using the collector as well, truss there is a good intention to make payments for a few months in the future, instead they have to pay almost 20 million HANDLING COSTS, it's blackmail so what is issued by the lising party must be borne by this really lising debtor??? ??
Meanwhile, I have entered the payment to the 36 x 48 tenor, which means there are only 12x left ... I asked for an answer from TAF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mereka melakukan pembohongan, yang saya ingat keterlambatan 3 bulan/90 hari baru penangan kredit di alaihkan ke External, kemaren saya mengalami keterlambatan 54hari sudah lgsg penanganan external, setalah saya tanya ke CS di jawab memang aja perubahan ke bijakan, kalo memang ada perubahan yg ada hubungannya dgn Debitur harusnya sy sebegai Debitur harus nya di ajak bicara ata ikut menandatangani perubahan tersebut
They did lie, what I remember was a delay of 3 months / 90 days, then the credit handler was transferred to External, yesterday I experienced a delay for 54 days after handling externals, after I asked CS, it was answered, it was a change in policy, if there was any change the relationship with the Debtor, I should be the Debtor, must be spoken to or signed the changes
