Saya sampai bank jam 8.30 SDH nunggu 2 jam baru 3 nasabah CS yg dilayani. nah bagaimana saya suruh tunggu 20 orang lagi. 2 hari CS TDK dpt antrian katanya penuh. Hari ketiga buat orang ngamuk. Telp ke pusat Utk pergantian kartu harus kecabang. Kalau TDK siap bubarkan saja banknya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ini bank ga ada, udah ga beroperasi lama, tapi di maps masih buka, tolong diubah dong, kasian kalo yang udah kesana tapi bank nya aja udah ga beroperasi, palangnya aja ga ada, jangan ada yang kesini, buang waktu saja
I swear this bank doesn't exist, it hasn't been operating for a long time, but the maps are still open, please change it, it's a shame if you've been there but the bank isn't operating anymore, the bars aren't there, don't come here, just a waste of time

Ciri2 bank uda kalah saing, admin sy kena 17.500, per transaksi kartu kredit ada admin jg. Uda pindah aja deh jd nya. BCA jauh lebih mantap, stabil, pelayanan always numero uno.
