★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, satu orang bisa 10- 30 menitan. Harusnya ada solusi untuk masalah ini biar kalo ngantri gak perlu lama lama. Nunggu antrian dari 20 ke 35 harus nunggu 2 jam lebih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabang ramai karena KCP sekitar dialihkan ke sini. Pelayanan normal cukup baik, hanya demi menjalankan protokol kesehatan, tungguan antrian di luar bank sehingga kasihan pengunjung bila kepanasan atau kehujanan.
The branch is busy because the surrounding KCPs have been transferred here. Normal service is quite good, only for the sake of carrying out health protocols, waiting for the queue outside the bank so that it is pity for visitors if it is hot or rainy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super super lambat....jam makan siang cuman buka 1 counter CS. Di bank lain setidaknya 2 counter dibuka pas jam makan siang. Ditunggu setengah jam kemudian CS minta security yg urusin dan kelar dalam 5 menit.
Super super slow .... at lunch time only 1 CS counter opens. At other banks, at least 2 counters are open at lunch time. Waiting for half an hour then CS asked for security to take care of it and finished in 5 minutes.

The operator (male) please try to be trained on how to answer the phone well hahaha, when you answer the phone with the word "yoi" "yes I don't know" wkwkwk duhh
