Pengurusan akta kelahiran anak ke dua, ada penurunan kualitas layanan. Sebelumnya tahun lalu akta jadi cukup satu hari, sedangkan hari ini ternyata bisa lebih dari satu hari.

Akta anak ke dua dan KK masih belum jadi. Menurut petugas harusnya sudah jadi. Ternyata setelah dicek tahun lahirnya salah. Kemudian dikonfirmasi ke saya via WA
