Kemarin sempat diajak teman aku utk berkunjung ke apartnya tmnnya.. dan aku speechless abis.. Basement aja disikat dan di pel dong lantainya.. shock banget..
Terus apartment ini security nya sopan, penjagaan ketat banget… dan kalau ga slh ad skitr 8 atau 9 lantai gtu…
Liftnya langsung nyampe ke depan pintu apartemen pribadinya.. trus keren banget lah pokoknya..
Apartemen tmnnya tmn gw ini mau dijual, buat yg mau beli boleh banget hbngi 0822-9985-1955.
Apartnya sndiri ada 3 kamar, ruang tamu, dapur, tempat cuci baju gtu, dan balkon.
Kalau tinggal d sni tuh mudah ngejangkau kemana2. Dekat sma senopati, dll… strategis lah..
1 unit Apartemennya mw d jual shrga 6 Miliar…
Dgn fasilitas umum:
- Kolam renang 1,15 meter flat
- Dapur bersama yg luar banget ada kitchen set juga dan bisa barbeque-an atau rayain bday dll
- Basement ( 1 unit dpt tmpt parkir 2 mobil dan motor sepuasnya )
Sepenglihatan gw ya, ni apartement bersih banget… jauh dari kebisingan pdhl letaknya ad d jalan besar.. sejuk,, dan gak ada hawa yg nyeremin gtu.

Yesterday my friend was invited to visit his friend's apartment.. and I was speechless after all.. I just brushed the basement and mopped the floor.. really shocked..
Then the security for this apartment is polite, the security is very tight ... and if you don't, ad skitr 8 or 9 floors like that...
The elevator immediately arrived at the front door of his private apartment.. then it was really cool anyway..

The apartment itself has 3 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a balcony.
If you live here, it's easy to reach everywhere. Close to senopati high school, etc... strategic..
1 unit of the apartment is being sold for 6 billion…
With public facilities:
- Swimming pool 1.15 meters flat
- The shared kitchen is really great, there is a kitchen set too and you can have a barbecue or celebrate bdays, etc
- Basement (1 unit can park 2 cars and motorbikes as much as you like)
As far as I can see, this apartment is very clean… far from noise even though it is located on a major road.. it's cool, and there's no scary air.
