★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesannya sih kaya apartemen biasa bukan yang "wah" tp dalam / interior tiap unit "wah" dan bener2 homie bgt karna aman dan ga berisik penghuninya ?. Ada kolam renang jg di tower C. Kekurangan : kurang kece kalo dilihat dari luar, kurang design untuk lobby/ lantai 1 jd terkesan kumuh.
 The impression is that it is usually a normal apartment not the "wow" interior / unit of each unit "wow" and really homie because it is safe and not noisy the occupants ?. There is a swimming pool also at tower C. Weaknesses: lacking in speed when seen from outside, lack of design for the lobby / 1st floor seems to be slum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adalah tower paling timur di apartemen menteng square...dilengkapi oleh indomaret, kolam renang, dan kios mie ayam. Kolam renangnya baru diperbaiki dan difungsikan kembali. Saran untuk memperbaiki/menambah fasilitas lift di tower ini, krn seringkali tidak berfungsi dengan baik
Is the easternmost tower in Menteng Square apartment ... equipped by Indomaret, swimming pool, and chicken noodle kiosk. The swimming pool has just been repaired and is functioning again. Suggestions for repairing / adding elevator facilities in this tower, because they often do not function properly

tempat penerimaan paket jg orangnya tidak ramah
Kebersihan kurang, terlihat seperti bangunan lama yg tidak dirawat karena maintanance nya mungkin yg kurang, padahal biaya maintanance selalu dibayar
Elevator broken 2-3x a week, must update the card then
the place where the package is received is not friendly
Cleanliness is lacking, it looks like an old building that is not maintained because its maintenance may be lacking, even though maintenance costs are always paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jalan raya depan awalnya crowded, setelah flyover matraman jadi, lingkungan relatif tertata.. buat pejalan kaki, trotoarnya juga oke. ke halteu busway jalan 5 mnt, ke st manggarai deket... makin keren pula
saran ke pengelola tower c dicat warna biru atau merah.. coklat kesannya kurang pas
The front highway was initially crowded, after the matraman flyover was completed, the environment was relatively organized... for pedestrians, the sidewalks were also okay. to the busway stop, walk 5 minutes, to the Manggarai st. it's near... even cooler
a suggestion to the manager of tower c to paint it blue or red... brown doesn't seem right
