★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagi calon penghuni, mohon survey kos dengan teliti. Banyak fasilitas nya yang kurang dijaga. Saya menyewa kamar nomor 1 dan 17 selama 1 bulan lebih 3 hari.

1. Kamar mandi di kamar nomor 1. Saya meninggalkan kos selama 3 minggu karena WFH dan libur lebaran. Ketika balik, banyak cacing di dinding dan di lantai, air wc nya hitam dan ketika dilihat lebih dekat, ternyata cacing semua.
2. Kamar mandi di kamar nomor 17 selang shower nya bocor, sehingga air tidak keluar melalui shower head.
3. Kursi di kamar no. 17 juga pecah dan hanya ditambal menggunakan lakban dan buku.
4. Penghuni kos lain nya juga mengeluhkan akan banyak nya kecoa di dapur.
5. Atap di kamar no. 17 juga bocor. Ketika hujan, terdapat genangan air di kamar.
6. Uang deposit tidak dikembalikan. Fasilitas kos sebelum dipakai sudah rusak.
7. Pemilik kos tidak merespon komplain dengan baik. Tidak ada kompensasi ataupun perbaikan yang ditawarkan. WA hanya di read saja.

2. Ada warung, sehingga akses membeli keperluan sehari-hari mudah.
For prospective residents, please survey the cost carefully. Many of its facilities are poorly maintained. I rented rooms number 1 and 17 for 1 month and 3 days.

1. Bathroom in room number 1. I left the boarding house for 3 weeks because of WFH and Eid holidays. When I came back, there were lots of worms on the walls and on the floor, the toilet water was black and when we looked closely, it turned out to be all worms.
2. The bathroom in room number 17 has a leaky shower hose, so the water doesn't come out through the shower head.
3. Chair in room no. 17 were also broken and only patched using duct tape and books.
4. Another resident of the boarding house also complained about the many cockroaches in the kitchen.
5. Roof in room no. 17 also leaked. When it rains, there are puddles in the room.
6. Deposits are not refunded. The boarding facility before it was used was damaged.
7. The owner of the boarding house does not respond to complaints properly. No compensation or repairs were offered. WA is read only.
