★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order via WA, desain sudah ok dan sudah transfer. 3 hari kemudian dikabari kalo bahannya kosong dan gak tau kapan ready lg. Minta refund udah di ok kan. Besoknya ngabari gak bisa di refund dan bisa jadi 3 hari kemudian. ?
 Order via WA, the design is ok and has been transferred. 3 days later, it's notified if the ingredients are empty and don't know when it's ready. Asking for a refund is already ok. The next day, we couldn't refund it and it could be 3 days later. ?

1. Desainer dan cs saat di tanya apakah warna nya akan turun apa egk jawabnya tidak tahu
2. Mereka tidak memberi tahu berapa cm penyusutan kain secara jelas
3. Saat sampai di desainer dia tidak menjelaskan ukuran yg harus digunakan. Misal kain 1x1m desain harus lebih kecil kanan kirinya atas bawahnya berapa centi gt
4. Desainer tidak memposisikan ulang layout agar sesuai di tempat itu. Padahal ditempat lain pasti akan ditanya ini
-ukuran(sudah benar/belum), layout(selalu lgsg dilayoutkan semaksimal mungkin dan kalo lebih pasti akan dikurangi secara lgsg), jumlah( brp jumlah yg di print), bahan yg dipakai(mereka konfirmasi ulang bahan yg dipakai), kekurangan dan kelebihan bahan bila di print
Yg bikin beryanya tanya. Saat cs 1 bertanya dgn cs 2 "bukannya ukurannya harus ini?" Cs dua menjawab "bek engko bek dianu iki (desainer) wae"
Aku mikir okelah kalo ukuran salah pasti dibenarkan sesuai mesin oleh desainer nya seperti tempat lain. Namun yg bikin bingung kenapa ga dikonfirmasi ke aku gt lho. Pas udah jadi pas tak cek masak jarak tiap desain jd beda beda. Padahal diawal sm semua. Kalau pun di kecilkan beberapa centi untuk penyusutan harusnya jaraknya bisa sama. Karena ukuran kain saya pas 1x1 meter.

I think it's OK if the wrong size is justified according to the machine by the designer like elsewhere. But what makes me confused is why isn't it confirmed to me, you know. When it's finished, I don't check the distance between each design so it's different. Though at the beginning of SM. Even if you shrink a few centimeters for shrinkage, the distance should be the same. Because the size of my fabric fits 1x1 meter.
