2. karena keterangan harga berbeda saya tidak bawa uang lebih, pegawai jutek banget ga menawarkan cara pembayaran lain atau apa kek kasih solusi, sampai saya yang tanya bisa bayar pakai ovo atau tidak, saya mau beli bukan mau minta, ga minta diskon juga mau bayar cuma uang cash ga cukup.
3. pegawai anda yang memakai name tag “store manager” pelayanan kostumer nya sangat buruk, belum selesai training atau bagaimana? ditengh pandemic store offline spt anda tergerus dengan online store, kalian cuma bisa bertahan dengan pelayanan yang baik dan ramah aja, mending ke WATSON, ramah2, sekian terimakasih.
