★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantab abang nya jago deh nanganin service AC eh...mesin cuc juga bisa. terbaik se kalibata pokoknya. Makasih bang ya mesin cuci saya udah bisa dipake lagi. Udah 4 tukang service pada nyerah sama abang satu ini beres, kerjanya rapih orang nya sopan.
 It's great that the brother is good at handling AC service, eh... the washing machine can too. the best in kalibata anyway. Thank you, my washing machine can be used again. Already 4 servicemen have given up on this one brother, it's done, the work is neat, the people are polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuci ac cepat, ga banyak omong, ga banyak "pak freon kudu diisi ni" bullsh*t. Izin juga sudah all in. Will update on second order.
Wash the AC fast, don't talk a lot, not much "Pak Freon needs to be filled" bullsh*t. Permissions are also all in. Will update on second order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panggil layanan service AC ini karena deket rumah, rating di google maps kayaknya ok & buka di hari Minggu. Respon wa cukup cepat, hari minggu juga langsung datang ke rumah. Cuma:
1. Agak ragu pas datang, biasanya kalau tukang AC kan selalu bawa peralatan perang bejibun, ini kok simpel bgt ya. Cuma bawa ransel & freon kecil. Coba berpikir positif mgkn tukangnya ini emang jago, sesuai dg rating bintang di google
2. Cek sana cek sini, diagnosanya membingungkan. AC panas katanya karena yang daya lah, yang overheat, nambah freon, ganti kompresor, malah bikin kami bingung
3. ternyata nggak bisa selesai hari itu juga & request besok dilanjut, cuma kami tolak krn besok hari kerja
4. Oke, setelah checking sana sini & nggak bisa betulin, mamangnya nawarin isi freon & bersihin ac. Pas isi freon, ternyata tool yang dibawa nggak cocok akhirnya balik lagi ngambil tool (yang katanya) lebih cocok. Setelah dicoba, nggak cocok juga. Eaaaa....
5. Ini yg paling saya nggak suka, bersihin ac sambil komen :ac nya sih nggak pernah dibersihin. Kira2 pantes nggak komen gitu ke konsumen?
6. Pas bayar nggak dikasih nota, alasannya nota ketinggalan. Tambah keliatan nggak profesional.
6. Kesimpulan: cukup sekali saja pakai jasa disini, terima kasih.
Call this AC service because it's close to home, the rating on google maps seems ok & open on Sundays. Wa's response was quite fast, Sundays also came straight home. Only:
1. I was a little hesitant when I arrived, usually the air conditioner always carries a lot of war equipment, why is this so simple? Just bring a backpack & a small freon. Try to think positively, maybe this handyman is really good, according to the star rating on google
2. Check there, check here, the diagnosis is confusing. The air conditioner is hot, he said, because it's the power one, the one that overheats, adds freon, replaces the compressor, it makes us confused
3. Turns out it couldn't be finished the same day & tomorrow's request will be continued, we just refuse because tomorrow is a working day
4. Okay, after checking here and there & couldn't fix it, the mother offered me the contents of the Freon & clean the ac. When I filled up the freon, it turned out that the tool I brought was not suitable, so I came back and took the tool (which he said) was more suitable. After trying it, it doesn't work either. Eaaa....
5. This is what I don't like the most, clean the air conditioner while commenting: the air conditioner has never been cleaned. Do you think it's appropriate not to comment like that to consumers?
6. When you pay, you don't get a note, the reason is that you missed the note. Add an unprofessional look.
6. Conclusion: it's enough to only use the services here, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luar biasa pemasangan cepat , teknisinya ramah & yg paling suka rapi masangnya . Mantap sukses selalu?? Tanggung jawab jg klo ada apa2 suruh konfirmasi saja setelah pemasangan. Pokok e recomended bgt dah.
