★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih bingung sih...cemaranya ga da "sewu"(seribu) kalau dilihat?. Tapi pemandangannya lumayan bagus. Mungkin sejuk kalau di pagi atau sore hari (soalnya kesini pas siang,jadi panas banget). Naiknya ga begitu jauh dari pintu masuk. Jalannya sudah jelek kalau pakai motor soalnya cor betonnya sudah rusak. Lebih aman jalan kaki sekalian menikmati pemandangan alam. Lebih banyak pohon jati daripada pohon cemaranya...???
 Still confused ... there is no "sewu" (thousand) pollution when seen?. But the view is pretty good. Maybe it's cool in the morning or evening (because it gets here at noon, it's really hot). The ride is not that far from the entrance. The road is bad if you use a motorbike because the concrete is damaged. It's safer to walk while enjoying the natural scenery. More teak trees than pollen trees ... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pohon cemaranya udah mulai dikit banget, ga serimbun dulu. Jalannya udah mulai diperbaiki walaupun beluk semuanya. Skrang udah dikelola dg baik.
The fir trees have started to grow very little, not as thick as they used to be. The road has begun to be repaired even though everything is out of the way. Now it's been managed well.

Ada mini zoo,, banyak retic, kuda, finch,
Tempat cocok untuk rombongan PAUD sampai ibu2 arisan momong bocah sambil ghibahan..... ???
Tapi sepertinya salah nama tempat,,
Harusnya jatisewu,,,, ??
Saran masih perlu pengelolaan yg lebih baik lagi terutama untuk jalan akses ke puncak cemara nya.
Tingkatkan lagi,,

There is a mini zoo, lots of retic, horses, finches,
The place is suitable for PAUD groups to mothers who are carrying children while giving gifts.....
But it seems the name of the place is wrong,,,
It should be Jatisewu,,,,
Suggestions still need better management, especially for the access road to the top of the pine.
Upgrade again,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went hiking to mount Lawu. We went up via Cetho while went down via Cemoro Sewu. This is the most popular basecamp for hikers to Lawu. For hikers, up until second shelter there was canteen and on Saturday and Sunday there was a lady selling some food (tried fried banana and it was amazing) at third post.
As this place is really beautiful, you can also take your family and friends for a day walk in nature. It's also a good arena to hang out with family as it's exactly accessible to the main streat and food vendor.
The entrance ticket was Rp15k, parking lots were available especially for motorcycles. However some things are needed to be improved such as toilets. They have got no water so we had to use toilets near the mosque across the street. It was no problem anyway. And don't forget pack your sweater and jacket, it's quite cold at elevation 1800 meter above sea level.
