★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the place is cozy and has lots of equipments for you, but careful with doing membership there as they would give you lots of reasons and additional fees just for you to pay more. Read it carefully and try to ask clearly to the staffs as sometimes they would forget to tell you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in the treadmill area, you will smell a smoking air. Very heavy. I think, it should be a room beside the treadmill which is use for Personal Trainee rest room, and they smoke inside those room so all the smell trap inside the club!
Very bad club, which also a lot of the tools is broken and old , where is the manager eyes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to gym with many classes and excellent PT...located in Central Park, right now its also one group with Fitness First. The yoga class is awesome, the dance studio are spacious, the RPM class is very challenging

This gym located on 4th floor. All equipment located on the first floor and all equipment are perferctly maintained. The only weakness is only aircon centralize thus inside is very cold.
