★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senin 04-04-2019 ; Jam 12-an. Kami datang kemari. Hanya ada 1 pria yg melayani. Dan takada Customer lain, selain kami. Lalu kami pesan : "Paket Bakso Malang" & Paket Ayam Penyet.
Saat kami menuggu pesanan, datanglah sekelompok karyawan & karyawati yg memesan "Paket Bakso Malang" juga.
Anehnya, mereka yg datang belakangan : langsung diantarkan pesanannya. Sedangkan kami yg pesan "Paket Bakso Malang" juga, belum diantarkan.
Lalu kami menanyakan pesanan kami, ke Pria yg menerima pesanan kami tadi. Lalu si pria tadi mengantarkan "Paket Bakso Malang" kami, dg santai tanpa terlihat rasa bersalah sedikitpun.
Pelayanan yg "Teramat Sangat Buruk" ?.
Dan ini bukan kali pertama terjadi.
Beberapa kali, saat kami sdg tugas di sana, maka kami makan di situ.
Dan kejadiannya selalu begitu.
Dan tak pernah ada permintaan maaf dari mereka, walaupun mereka sdh ditegur atas kesalahannya.
Takadakah edukasi kpd pelayan di sini utk memberikan service yg baik kepada customer ???
MENGECEWAKAN ???
Monday 04-04-2019; 12 hours. We come here. There is only 1 man serving. And no other customer, besides us. Then we ordered: "Malang Meatball Package" & Penyet Chicken Package.
When we were waiting for the order, a group of employees and employees came who ordered the "Malang Meatball Package" as well.
Surprisingly, those who came later: immediately delivered the order. While we who ordered "Malang Meatball Package" too, have not been delivered.
Then we asked our order, to the man who received our order earlier. Then the man was delivering our "Malang Meatball Package", casually without the slightest hint of guilt.
Service that is "Very Very Bad" ?.
And this is not the first time this has happened.
Several times, when we were on duty there, we ate there.
And it always happened like that.
And there has never been an apology from them, even though they have been reprimanded for their mistakes.
Is there no education for the waiters here to provide good service to customers ???
