We experienced very bad service and attitude today 15 January 2022 by a male salesperson at Cartier Plaza Indonesia which made us very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly aku niat beli wedding rings malah dibentak2 sama staff salesman nya dong? Sangat TIDAK SOPAN, very rude , unprofessional , no manner and dont know how to treat customers?
Visit : 6 Febuary 2022 jam 17:12 . Tinggal langsung beli ketemu salesman kasar gt ya langsung 100% gak jadi ,mood langsung kesel , my foreigner fiancee (not so fluent in bahasa) aja shocked of his rudeness , suara nya nada super tinggi kasar bgt. Jawab pertanyaan simple aja tdk jelas, kasar, sombong and not even say sorry after bentak2. We hope his boss reading this and please TRAIN YOUR STAFF lah and interview them before you hire a staff. How can orang kasar uneducated no manner begini bisa jadi staff, i also own a company even I wont hire him as my Office boy. I thought this kind of big brand suppose to have global standard like other shop??
Never seen any store staff as bad as this. Very bad experience. What kind of jewelry store is this. No hospitality , bad arrogant staff. Yang tadinya happy mau beli wedding rings langsung hilang semua mood. How can customers aku baik2 dateng malah di kasarin / bentak2 lagi. Very disappointing

Visit : February 6 2022 at 17:12 . I just bought it, I met a salesman who was rude, it didn't work 100% right away, my mood was immediately annoyed, my foreigner fiancee (not so fluent in the language) was shocked of his rudeness, his voice was super high-pitched and very rude. Answer simple questions that are not clear, rude, arrogant and don't even say sorry after yelling. and bought from the different store next to this store:)
