Awalnya saya hanya mau beli bahan utk poolish, namun customer service mengatakan free.
Dan saya kaget begitu CS Pandora Pondok Indah mengatakan kalau Pandora yang saya beli palsu. How come????
I didn't expect to be rejected at the Pandora Shop Pondok Indah for the Pandora service I bought in the US in 2014.
Initially I only wanted to buy materials for pooling, but customer service said it was free.
And I was shocked when CS Pandora Pondok Indah said that the Pandora I bought was fake. How come ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extra points for attentive store reps. As flagship store they have quite extensive collection in Indonesia. Store reps were available to notify new collextion through personal messaging. Store was nice and clean albeit misplaced catalogues and polishibg utensils in busy hours.
