★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yg sangat menantang, saya sampai di pasar bubrah pada tengah malam sekitar jam 01.00 WIB.
Cuaca sedikit badai malam itu ketika akan mendirikan tenda angin bertiup sangat kencang menyulitkan proses pendirian tenda, ditambah lagi jika ingin camp disini harus pinter2 memilih lokasi karena lokasi yg penuh bebatuan (seperti di planet mars), hehe. Dapet lokasi yg cukup lumayan tidak berbatu alias landai bersih bebatuan eh malah mau pesing. Tapi disitulah pengalaman seru nya bisa buat cerita kenangan ke anak cucu.
Perlu di ingatkan kembali pihak basecamp hanya menyarakan pendakian aman sampai disini. Jika masih ngeyel mau ke puncak resiko ditanggung pribadi karena asuransi pada saat pembelian tiket hanya sampai disini.

A very challenging experience, I arrived at the bubrah market at midnight around 01.00 WIB.
The weather was a little storm that night when going to erect a tent the wind blew very hard made it difficult to erect a tent, plus if you want to camp here you must be smart to choose a location because the location is full of rocks (like on mars), hehe. Get a location that is quite not rocky alias sloping clean rocks eh even want to urine. But that's where the exciting experience can make a memorable story to children and grandchildren.
Need to be reminded again that the base camp only recommends safe climbing up to here. If you still want to go to the top of the risk borne personally because insurance at the time of ticket purchase only ends here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasar Bubrah is the last camp area before heading to the peak of Mount Merapi. It takes about 3 hours from the New Selo Base camp of Boyolali Regency. Then takes about 30-45 minutes to the peak.
According to the National Park's rules, Pasar Bubrah is last safety place when we're hiking Mount Merapi. And we're not recommended to hike till the peak.
We may build a tent here. The scenery is outstanding and magical.
