★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with male front officer (seemed like senior employee) on Friday Dec 3rd 2021 with his poor attitude, arrogancy/unpleasant and bad communication with the customer (yelling).Too bad for cahaya motor, because of him I will never service my bike here again in the future (Yamaha XMax) although i was an old customer. The Management should evaluate his performance and refresh his customer service ability, training/remedial again or moved to backoffice/warehouse
