Nanya waktu pengiriman sm sales aja dia bilang bukan bagian dr tugas nya, padahal kalau beli di tempat lain aja saya tanya2 nya sm sales. Saya beli Cash tp lebih ribet di wahana ini, sayang aja scoopy warnanya agak susah. Jadi sangat terpaksa beli disini krn disini ready warna yang saya mau. Sales juga tdk ramah, saya dateng aja setengah jam di cuekin. Baru ditanya mau apa? Emang dikira ke dealer mau duduk2 doang kali. Sales gak bisa ngebantu apa2 padahal kan kalau jual produk sales dpt bonus. Jadi takut STNK dan BPKB proses nya lama , soalnya ulasan disini juga parah2. Nyesel gak baca ulasan dulu sebelum beli di dealer ini.

Sales can not ngebantu apa2 when right when selling the product sales bonuses interchangeable. So fear his vehicle registration and BPKB long process, because here too parah2 review. Nyesel do not read the reviews before buying at this dealer.

Harus nunggu berapa lama lagi.... Pembayaran yg buat saya percaya ketika motor Dateng langsung byr d tempat... Ini seperti memaksa transfer dluan

Saya ingin mengirim kritik terhadap Salah satu sales anda yang bernama RATIH dia tidak konsisten dan disini saya merasa dipermainakn sama dia.
Awal Pengajuan Motor Data saya sudah di Acc sama Pihak OTO.
Sebelum survey dan sebelum di Acc saya sudah Konfirmasi terlebih dahulu sama sales (RATIH) saya bertanya apakah Unit yang saya inginkan Ready/Indent.
Dia bilang Unit Ready dan siap kirim jika di Acc 3hari langsung kirim.
Ketika hasil keluar dan di ACC sales(RATIH) Meminta transfer DP dan 3hari setelah transfer DP dia bilang Unit dikirim.
Nyatanya setelah saya transfer saya Tetap Menunggu kurang lebih 15hari karna barang Indent dan sih sales(RATIH) Tersebut tidak berani menjawab wa saya dan memblokir saya.
Dan sekarang ketika Plat&STNK sudah jadi dia whatsapp ke suami saya Memberi tahu bahwa sudah jadi dia bilang Uang progresif ditransfer .
Sebelum saya transfer saya bertanyaa Berpa Ongkos kirimnya jika di Kirim kerumah saya? Dia bilang ONGKOS KIRIM SEIKHLASNYA ...
Nyatanya Ongkos kirim sesuai Argo grab/Gojek.
Bagaimana kalian bisa mempekerjakan sales macam itu??
Disini saya sangat amat kecewa dengan Pelayanan WAHANA KLENDER.
Disini saya COSTUMER LOH ga seharusnya di permaikan seperti ini.

I want to send a critique of one of your sales, named RATIH, he is inconsistent and here I feel like he is being played with.
At the beginning of my motorcycle application, my data has been approved by the OTO party.
Before the survey and before the Acc I confirmed first with the sales (RATIH) I asked if the unit I wanted was Ready/Indent.
He said the unit is ready and ready to ship if it's in 3 days Acc sends it right away.
When the results came out and the ACC sales (RATIH) asked for a DP transfer and 3 days after the DP transfer he said the unit was sent.
In fact, after I transferred, I was still waiting for about 15 days because the item was indented and the sales (RATIH) didn't dare to answer my wa and blocked me.
And now when the plate & vehicle registration are ready, he whatsapp to my husband Telling him that it's ready he says Progressive money is transferred.
Before I transfer I ask how much will the shipping cost if it is sent to my house? He said FREE SHIPPING...
In fact, shipping costs are according to Argo Grab / Gojek.
How can you hire sales like that??
Here I am very, very disappointed with WAHANA KLENDER's services.
