Sending groomers to our house without any confirmation whatsoever, and deciding the service given by themselves, again without prior notice ( i want my dog to be shaved, but they decided they can only bathe the dog). After i cancel the service, which of course i do bcs i just bathed my dog like 3 days ago ? they CHARGED me for the road fare, which is not cheap either. Still got the nerves to private chat me and talk impolitely at that. manners please
