★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil tes keluar lebih dari 24 jam, Cs slow respond tidak ada call center hanya bantuan lewat whatsapp yang tidak dibalas. Harga sama saja dengan layanan lain tapi kualitas tidak oke, overall gak worth it buang uang untuk layanan antigen dan pcr disini.
 The test results are out for more than 24 hours, Cs is slow to respond, there is no call center, only help via WhatsApp which is not answered. The price is the same as other services but the quality is not okay, overall it's not worth it to waste money on antigen and PCR services here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya saya beberapa kali swab antigen dan pcr di sini. Antri drive-thrunya memang luar biasa tapi terbalas dengan hasil pcr yang 6-7 jam sudah ada (walaupun saya ambil yang tarifnya paling murah). Kemarin saya swab pcr lagi dan sekarang sudah lebih dari 24 jam masih belum ada hasil. Padahal seharusnya 24 jam itu maksimal. Kan membahayakan lho kalau ada orang yang selama belum ada hasil positif masih santai saja seakan tidak ada apa-apa. Mengecewakan sekali.
Previously I had several times swab antigen and pcr here. The drive-thru queues are incredible, but they are rewarded with 6-7 hours of PCR results (although I took the cheapest one). Yesterday I swab pcr again and now it's been more than 24 hours still no results. Even though 24 hours should be the maximum. It's dangerous, you know, if there are people who as long as there are no positive results, they just relax as if nothing happened. So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngantri drive-thru sejam, lalu dibilang kalau PCR 12 jam udah nggak ada, sehingga harus registrasi ulang dari awal. Untungnya belum sempat bayar reservasi.
Tgl 04 Februari jam 11 siang swab PCR, sampai tgl 05 Februari sore hasilnya belum keluar. Padahal besoknya mau dipakai buat syarat terbang.
Coba hubungin customer service, nggak bisa ditelpon langsung dan cuma dibalas pakai WA, "Sebelumnya kami memohon maaf atas keterlambatan kami dalam menanggapi chat Anda, dikarenakan saat ini terjadi peningkatan terhadap permintaan chat yang kami terima. Customer Service Representative kami akan segera merespon Anda, mohon kesediaan Anda untuk menunggu." Entah kapan WA gw ditanggapin, entah kapan juga hasil swab gw keluar.
The drive-thru queued for an hour, then it was said that the 12-hour PCR was no longer available, so you had to re-register from the beginning. Luckily haven't had time to pay for the reservation yet.
On the 4th of February at 11 pm the PCR swab, until the afternoon of February 5, the results have not come out. Even though the next day it will be used for flying conditions.
Try contacting customer service, you can't call directly and only reply using WA, "Previously we apologize for our delay in responding to your chat, because currently there is an increase in the chat requests we receive. Our Customer Service Representative will respond to you immediately, please your willingness to wait." I don't know when my WA will be responded to, I don't know when my swab results will come out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very bad place for swap tests or PCR, my wife has came on Friday 2nd July 2021, she has scheduled on 11;00 am, but waited until 13:00 pm,
The worst was there are so many people inside the clinic and some of the people are coughing, so you can imagine how risky it might be if someone has got a delta virus, it would easily spread the virus to others inside the room, the clinic didn't follow the health procedures for covid 19, and when my wife has to do the test, she has to put off the mask, and it is worried me so much, as the clinic didn't follow the health procedures and there were so many people inside the clinic and some of them were coughing.
I just wanted to let others know that they should be careful if they want to do the PCR test at this clinic as they are not follow the health procedures which they must, as it's for the safety of customers..
I also urge the authorities to take action on this issue immediately, for preventing the spread of covid. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on Sep21 (8.30 am), took me about 12 minutes for drive thru pcr. Pls dont forget to register on the website one day before.. have chosed the 24hr pcr, but got the result on the same day at 4.48 PM... dope!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took literally 85 minutes 40 seconds for me since start queueing in the car until get my nose tested by the health worker. I wouldn't come again if I have to wait that long.
However, it took only 8.5 hours to get the PCR test result, faster than the promised 16 hours.
I would strongly suggest Bumame to change their SOP, they have plenty of "day dreaming" cashiers and securities who's idle a lot. While health workers are super busy and spend too much time on walking and storing the collected swab sample. Swab test should be as fast as paying toll road, if the health worker can sit on a bar stool or a high chair and focus on collecting the samples only, and let somebody else (idle cashier and security guard) deliver the samples to the lab.
