only the space between the table and the chair is set too fit..we almost cannot make any move

We ordered pork jowl and pork skirtmeat with cheese dip. For cheese, taste a bit sour. Pork was the best, next visit surely pick the beef menu. Their Kimchi also great. Chum churum (peach flavor) and Chamisul cost IDR 150K/bottle. Came here at 8 pm and easily found place to park. Staffs are friendly and fast response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Korean BBQ in town! So happy that they’re opening this branch near my working place, and i can visit quite often. Always picking the VIP room, coz it’s private enough. And the service is also nice. The staff doing the grill in front of us. And we just get it directly while it’s smoking. Parking spot also good. No need to fight for it.

We ordered mapo galmaegi and spicy galmaegi, but apparently the taste of both thing are quite the same. The spicy galmaegi doesn’t even have a hint of spiciness. The waitress and waiter both are saying “that’s how it tastes originally”. So i must assume that the chef have already lost his taste sense or that the waiter and waitress are lying. I hope this review gets to the owner or to the headquarter office. We also ordered doenjang soup which was weird. The soup was sour and I believe that there was something in it gone bad. I found every Magal in Jakarta are all rather “bleh”.

The meat is juicy and tender.
I like the pork more than the beef here.
The price is about 110-700 dependent on the menu.
The waiter and the waitress is very helpful.

Sadly, the quality drops down really f*ing low!! Rice running out! it was still 0730pm. side dish running out! Lettuce looks pale. They sell pork (Mapogalmegi) so tough like car wheels and all taste the same eventhough i order 3different flavors (original, curry, garlic).
Food tastes seriously bad. Japchae overcooked.
Staffs keep dropping things at kitchen making loud noise. Seems like they rushing to close the store as we were warned 3times (!!!!) that they closed at 9.
And they dont serve dessert at the end like usual.
Such a disspointment. I suggest this branch to just close down because it really ruins the reputation of Magal

Kids love their prime beef boneless short ribs and beef skirtmeat.
