★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah menunggu 27 jam, keluar juga hasilnya. Hasil tes gak pernah di upload di peduli lindungi, hari pertama tes tgl 1 sampai hari ini. Di WA, email gak pernah dibalas. Super banget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dan managementnya sangat buruk, pekerja (baju biru) sangat banyak dan menumpuk tapi untuk yg mengatur antrean saja tidak ada (sebenarnya ada tapi ilang ilangan alhasil tidak teratur dengan baik). Bahkan, papan penunjuk antrean saja tidak ada sehingga sangat tidak jelas mekanisme antrenya seperti apa. Saya sangat kapok untuk tes di sini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ harusnya bumame bintaro study banding dengan bumame di jakarta, bumame di jakarta load nya jauh lebih tinggi dari bumame ini. tapi pelayananya sigap cepat dan profesional. mereka juga pisah pelayanan untuk yg sudah bayar via online. di bumame bintaro percuma anda daftar online pada akhirnya anda akan suruh antri dengan yg baru daftar. hasil test juga lama, jika anda tanya hasil test yg belum keluar rasanya juga percuma, petugas disini memang tukang ngeles. terima nasib aja kalo pcr disini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antri hampir 3 jam, ternyata lama Karena petugas kurang profesional. Saya sudah di dalam tetapi yg di proses lebih dulu justru mobil-mobil yg di belakang saya. Jarak antara scan barcode dan pembayaran saja makan waktu 15menit, mobil di baris sebelah sudah 4 mobil keluar parkiran (proses selesai). LUAR BIASA. Sudah 6 jam tapi hasil belum keluar, sungguh menyesal test di Bumame!!!
Queuing for almost 3 hours, it turned out to be long because the officers were not professional. I was already inside but the ones that were processed first were the cars behind me. The distance between scanning the barcode and paying alone takes 15 minutes, the car in the next row has 4 cars out of the parking lot (process completed). EXTRAORDINARY. It's been 6 hours but the results haven't come out yet, I'm really sorry to test at Bumame!!!

Dari awal antre aja ud nyabarin diri sendiri krn gak jelas hrs antre drmn, mengular panjang sekali dan ga ada petugas yg standby utk ngarahin antre.
Tgl 3 Februari 2022 antre drive thru selama 2 jam 9 menit (start ngantre jam 9 pagi pas), prosesi ambil sampel kurleb 11 menit. Saya bayar layanan PCR 24 jam tapi sampai skg (4 Februari 2022 12.51 WIB) blm ada hasil, CS ga bs dikontak, saya bener2 kaya ngmg sm tembok aja rasanya.
Saya ga butuh kata2 “saran ini akan kami jadikan input utk meningkatkan layanan kami”, udah lgsg di lapangannya aja diperbaikin. Di mana2 kl ud brani ngasih klaim mesti ditepatin krn itu hubungannya sm integritas. Overload sih overload, tp solusinya jgn customernya disuruh sabar dan ngira2 sendiri dong. Banyak yg punya kepentingan utk jagain org2 di rumah dan lingkungannya, kl hasilnya ketunda trs gmn cara nentuin next step hrs gimana nya? Ini belom lg ngmgin connected ke PeduliLindungi nya loh. Gmn kl org (+) tp datanya ga masuk2 ke Pelilingi shg ybs ga bs lgsg nebus obat yg dr pemerintah??
Kondisi sy ud smakin parah, tp ga ada data/hasil lab yg bs digunakan sbg pegangan. Ini mesti nunggu sampe segimana lg?
24 jam ya 24 jam, jgn dikorting. Kl emg mau dikorting, infoin dr awal, jgn di tengah2. Kl bgini ceritanya, saya jg bs minta korting harga krn klaim Anda sendiri ga ditepati.
Update: 4 Februari 2022 20.56 akhirnya ada hasil PCR, tp msh ga ada respon CS di WA maupun IG yg proper ??? total nunggu hasil PCR 33 jam 37 menit

On February 3, 2022, line up for the drive thru for 2 hours and 9 minutes (the queue starts at 9 am in the morning), the sampling process takes about 11 minutes. I paid for a 24-hour PCR service but until now (4 February 2022 12.51 WIB) no results yet, CS can't be contacted, I really feel like I'm just like the wall.

Update: February 4, 2022 20:56 finally there are PCR results, but still no proper CS response on WA or IG ?? total waiting for PCR results 33 hours 37 minutes
