★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pindah faskes BPJS ke klinik ini, empatnya bersih dan dokternya ramah-ramah sekali. Hari ini saya periksa untuk minta rujukan ke rumah sakit, Dokternya baik sekali dan saya request supaya bisa dapat RS yg jadwalnya hari Sabtu supaya tidak mengganggu aktivitas pada hari kerja. Dokter mengatakan nanti ditanyakan pada admin di bawah saja dan dibantu untuk urus.
Lalu saya ke admin, saya bilang untuk periksa yang hari Sabtu ya mbak tolong dicarikan. Tahu apa yang dia lakukan? HP saya dipinjam dan difotokan nama Rumah Sakitnya apa saja lalu saya disuruh menghubungi sendiri semua daftar RS itu. Sungguh pelayanan yang buruk, di klinik lain saya tidak pernah disuruh seperti ini pasti dibantu carikan solusi jadwal yang cocok. Akhirnya saya cek satu2 websitenya di HP saya sendiri, petugas tersebut hanya duduk ntah apa yg dikerjakan. Akhirnya saya menemukan RS yang cocok dan dia hanya tinggal mengklik dan rujukan langsung selesai.
Sungguh petugas yang malas bekerja, tolong petugas yang bekerja di klinik ini belajar tentang hospitality ke pasien/customer bagaimana. Kalau cuma malas bekerja, tidur saja di rumah.
Just moved the BPJS health facility to this clinic, all four of them are clean and the doctors are very friendly. Today I checked to ask for a referral to the hospital, the doctor was very kind and I requested that I can get a hospital whose schedule is Saturday so it doesn't interfere with activities on weekdays. The doctor said that he would ask the admin below and help him take care of it.
Then I went to the admin, I said to check on Saturday, sis, please look for it. Know what he's doing? I borrowed my cellphone and took a photo of the name of the hospital, then I was told to contact all the lists of the hospital myself. Really bad service, at other clinics I was never told to do this, I would definitely help find a suitable schedule solution. Finally, I checked one of the websites on my own cellphone, the officer just sat there not knowing what he was doing. Finally I found a suitable hospital and he just clicked and the referral was complete.
Really lazy staff, please help the staff who work at this clinic learn about hospitality to patients/customers. If you're just lazy to work, just sleep at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dikasih surat sakit cuma 1 hari. Saya coba minta 2 hari untuk jaga-jaga tapi gak dikasih, kata dokternya besok aja balik ke klinik lagi. Ternyata bener saya masih belum fit, jadi harus ke klinik lagi untuk memperpanjang surat sakit. Tiba di klinik engga bisa di perpanjang karena dokter yang praktek beda, dan harus bayar lagi sebesar harga konsultasi dokter.
I was given a sick note for only 1 day. I tried to ask for 2 days just in case but it wasn't given, the doctor said I'll just come back to the clinic tomorrow. It was true that I was still not fit, so I had to go to the clinic again to extend the sick letter. Arriving at the clinic cannot be extended because the doctor who practices is different, and has to pay again the price of a doctor's consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KLINIK BISNIS ANTIGEN, masa mau berobat batuk ringan aja WAJIB di antigen dlu, ya jadi mahal lah. Klinik yang lain ga gini-gini amat, contoh klinik amira, amalia. pasien BPJS jadi tdk tertangani dengan baik, silahkan KEMENKES tindak TEGAS
ANTIGEN BUSINESS CLINIC, when you want to get treatment for a mild cough, it's MANDATORY on antigen first, so it's expensive. The other clinics are not like this, for example Amira's clinic, Amalia. BPJS patients are not being handled properly, please take action from the Ministry of Health firmly
