Nonetheless, the view seen from the top of the building is magnificent with the journey to the top being fun with lots of stories to be told!
In my opinion, it would be best to hire a local guide as well as to listen to the stories and histories of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of us are probably familiar with Gereja Ayam after AADC 2 was released. One of the most interesting things about the Gereja Ayam is that it's a place to pray not only for Christians, but also for followers of other religions. Inside gereja, there is a wishboard, where we are free to write down whatever hope is on our mind.
The access to get there is also easy and the guides are friendly. At the peak, we can see a beautiful view, moreover when we could catch a sunrise at the peak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite small. From parking lot you'll need to walk around 250m to the "church" or you can ride a jeep (IDR 15K/person). Entrance fee is IDR 25K/person and if you ride the jeep they'll provide free guide tour for you.
No photos allowed in 1st floor since there are many praying rooms that still regularly used. The view from 2nd floor is very nice! There are cafe in 2nd floor so you can sip your coffee and enjoy the free singkong while watching the scenery.
The entrance to the crown (7th floor) would be closed from 12-1PM so time your visit wisely because i have to wait an hour...

In pandemic era, there is limitation on the inside capacity, so there is quite a waiting list in peak times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning exercise to hike and reach the Rhema Hill.
As had been explained. It wasnt a church for first. And it is Dove instead of Chicken.
So the naming of “Gereja Ayam” is quite a misunderstanding.
Great view from top of the head structure.
