★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice scooter ride up and down the hill with awesome views of the city. Plenty of warungs and resturants along the way. There is also a few waterfalls in close vacinity and a pine forest that's definitely worth checking out!

Overpriced food.
Overpriced toilet fees.
Light pollution means you only barely can see the stars.
The view downwards is quite beautiful at daytime, but ruined at night time by nearby lights. The best night view is on the road during the way back, since there's no light pollution to disturb the scenery.
Maybe better on non cloudy days? Since it's facing the sunset.

Food taste is mediocre, parking space for car is limited, no road lamp make going there at night really challenging. Is it worth it? For the view, maybe. But a lot more attraction in Jogja better than just seeing Jogja at night, in my opinion :D
If local government give more attention to detail AND safety facility, I will change the review to 5.
