★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aplikasi jahat.. ngambil duit ga diproses sama sekali walau nyantumin keterangan diproses.. cuma disuruh sabar menunggu.. padahal transaksi untuk bayar kartu kredit.. eh digantungin disuruh sabar terus padahal kan gue ga bisa bilang sabar ke bank yang keluarin tagihan kartu kredit.. kalau sampe setahun ga diproses, ga kebayang gue jumlah denda dan bunga.. apa bukalapak mau bayari? Ini buat ama CS ga ada satu pun yang kasih solusi.. bagi saya sejuta lebih itu nggak kecil...
 Malicious applications ... taking money cannot be processed at all even though information is processed ... only told to wait patiently ... even though transactions to pay for credit cards ... eh hang to be told to be patient even though I can't say patiently to the bank issuing credit card bills. If it hasn't been processed for a year, I can't imagine the amount of fines and interest ... don't you want to pay? For CS there is no one who gives a solution ... for me a million more is not small ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering trouble, pembelian yg di atalkan uangnya masuk ke DANA, tp ga bisa dipake, 2.900.000 blm bisa dipake, apa disebutnya utk hal sprt itu ?
Often in trouble, purchases that have been canceled have the money entered into the DANA, but can't be used, 2,900,000 can't be used, what do you call it for something like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admin tolong lebih jelas kalau kasih info. Chat saya tdk bs digunakan (blokir sepihak) krn pernah berkata kasar. Saya bingung kata kasar apa yg dilontarkan. Padahal tdk ada kata kasar menurut saya yg saya lontarkan. Saya minta di capture screen tp malah disuruh check chat history. Aneehhhhhhh!!! Pindah ke lapak sebelah aja jauh lbh baik penanganannya dibanding di BL. Not recomended!!!
Admin, please be clearer if you give info. My chat can't be used (one-sidedly blocked) because I've said rude things. I'm confused about what harsh words were said. Even though there are no harsh words in my opinion that I said. I asked for a screen capture but instead was told to check chat history. Aneehhhhhhh!!! Just moving to the next stall is much better handling than in BL. Not recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin BL ini satu-satunya di antara semua marketplace yg beroperasi di Indonesia, yg CS-nya bukan berorientasi melayani customer dan mencari solusi thd masalah customer, tapi lebih suka menghukum. Kalau masih bisa menghukum, kenapa ngga? Begitu mungkin motonya. Terutama buat para Pelapak, jangan sekali-kali berurusan dgn BukaBantuan atau LiveChat karena ngga akan dibawa kemana-mana, selain dari buang energi dan waktu saja. Petugas CS-nya mudah panik atau stress kah? Modal sebegitu besar yg masuk pasti bukan buat peningkatan kualitas CS... too bad
Maybe BL is the only one among all marketplaces operating in Indonesia, whose CS is not oriented towards serving customers and finding solutions to customer problems, but prefers to punish. If you can still punish, why not? That's probably the motto. Especially for Pelapak, don't ever deal with BukaBantuan or LiveChat because they won't be taken anywhere, apart from wasting energy and time. Is the CS officer easily panicked or stressed? Such a large amount of capital that comes in is definitely not for improving the quality of CS...too bad
