★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy Alba Optics goggles, I had to wait for more than 35 minutes to check the availability in the computer system and the physical stock.
Turns out the one I was looking for (and nearly bought it) was a defect, the staffs doesn’t realize the issue.
Most of the staffs even the securities are not friendly and quite snobbish especially the cashier girl. Pretend you to be very busy but in fact they have tons of idle staffs that can help potential customer with their question.
The staffs do have a very poor product knowledge, don’t even smile nor approach potential customer, unlike their competitors (Technobike, Specialized Store, etc).
Certainly won’t but anything from you guys again, poor service for a large bike brand.
