★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi mencari kuliner malam di Grand Indonesia dan cobain deh Mie dari Chopstix. Kali ini pesen menu Rekomendasi, berupa Mie Ijo Ayam Kyoto (Upgrade), Buncis Ala Szechuan, dan Es Campur.
Mie Ijo Ayam Kyoto (Upgrade) IDR 44.800
Dapat satu mangkuk Mie Ijo Ayam Kyoto, pangsit goreng, dan 2 bakso. Mie Ijo menggunakan organic horenzo sebagai pewarna hijau. Bumbu yang digunakan sangat dominan ke gurih dan asin sehingga perlu ditambah sambal dan kuah. Dalam mangkuk mie berisi potongan ayam panggang dan potongan seperti bakso goreng yang sedikit keras sih. Cukup berbeda dengan yang di-display.
Nah kalo si pangsit goreng di sini berukuran raksasa dan masih garing. Berisi olahan daging ayam yang cukup lembut.
Buncis Ala Szechuan IDR 32.800
Terdiri dari buncis dan ayam cincang. Dominan dengan rasa yang sangat gurih dan asin nih.
Es Campur IDR 18.000
Berisi potongan cincau, nangka, alpukat, dan kelapa. Rasa manis sepertinya berasal dari syrup. Cukup menyegarkan deh.
Makan seminggu setelah Lebaran masih dikenakan Lebaran Surcharge sebesar 10% dan pajak restoran 10% ya.

Kyoto Ijo Chicken Noodles (Upgrade) IDR 44,800
Got a bowl of Kyoto Chicken Ijo Noodles, fried dumplings, and 2 meatballs. Mie Ijo uses organic horenzo as a green dye. The spices used are very dominant to savory and salty so it is necessary to add chili sauce and gravy. In a noodle bowl, there are pieces of grilled chicken and pieces like fried meatballs that are a little tough. Quite different from what is displayed.
Well, the fried dumplings here are giant in size and still crunchy. Contains processed chicken meat which is quite soft.
Szechuan Beans IDR 32,800
Consists of chickpeas and minced chicken. Dominant with a very savory and salty taste.
Ice Mix IDR 18.000
Contains pieces of grass jelly, jackfruit, avocado, and coconut. The sweet taste seems to come from the syrup. It's quite refreshing.

Glad that Chopstix survive this difficult period. Now they sell dokdok noodle soup, indonesian traditional soup, which is good taste. And they have super size fried wonton too.
But I miss the classic noodle soup so I will come back.
