★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian banyak CS cuma 2 orang kadang 1 orang. Kasihan orang orang tua yang antri Harus nya menikmati hari hari pensiun ini menikmati antrian tak kunjung selesai. Semoga bisa di benahi dan menjadi Bank yang profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 maret 2022 pukul 11.25 sudah lelah menghubungi ke bagian purbakti, telpon diangkat lalu dimatikan, telpon lagi..diangkat lalu dimatikan lagi begitu beberapa kali do coba. Sedih saya apa memang seperti ini?
Kelak yang bekerja di sini pun akan pensiun. Saya doakan tidak mendapat pelayanan seperti ini.
Ke sini beberapa kali menemani ortu. Untuk parkir luas, satpam ramah hanya saja beberapa kali ke sana eh...jaringan error dari pagi. Kasihan ibu bapak pensiunan yang lokasi rumah jauh. Oya, sebaiknya hindari datang di awal bulan, sebaiknya di atas tanggal 10 saja..klo di tanggal 1 antrian bisa mencapai diatas 300. Biasanya, antrian sudah bisa diambil dari jam 12 malam. Jadi, bisa dibayangkan donk kalau datang jam 9 pagi le atas dapat no antriannya...

Pity the retired parents whose location is far from home. Anyway, you should avoid coming at the beginning of the month, preferably after the 10th.. On the 1st the queue can reach above 300. Usually, the queue can be taken from 12 at night. So, you can imagine if you come at 9 am and above you will get the queue number...

Jadi kalo dtg kesini buat urus jenius pasti dapet antrian C, yg lainnya A, B, E dan yg lainnya tuh selalu dipanggil terus jadi kalo 1x antrian C dipanggil antrian A B E tuh uda 6 orang antrian yg maju, ak perhatiin pas antrian C selesai dilayani, itu ga lgsg dipanggil C lagi jedanya bisa stengah jam lagi, loketnya ga lgsg panggil antrian C, superr bgt kecewa nyaa...
